INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PROVIDED FOR IN THE GENERAL LAW FOR THE DEFENSE OF CONSUMERS AND USERS (Article 69 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November).

In the provision of services agreed between PLAZA FORWARDING, S.L. and those natural and legal persons who have the status of consumers and users in the terms established in article 3 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the consumer and user will have the right to withdraw, leaving without effect the contract entered into between both parties, in the legal and regulatory cases foreseen, notifying PLAZA FORWARDING, S.L. within fourteen calendar days from the date of the contract.

The right of withdrawal will be validly exercised by the consumer and user by sending the withdrawal document, whose form can be downloaded from the following link, addressed to the Commercial Department of the company (C/ Tierra de Barros 2, 28823 - Madrid) by any means that allows proof of receipt. Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the parties must reciprocally return the services in accordance with the provisions of articles 1.303 and 1.308 of the Civil Code.
